1. Conferences are by choice of either parent or teacher. You will be able to select which teachers you would like to see. You are not required to see all of your students teachers.
2. If you choose not to see a teacher select "No time needed" for that teacher.
3. Your student must be present.
4. Parents of elementary students. If you want your middles school conference to coincide with your elementary students conference I would recommend signing up ASAP. Otherwise your desired spot may not be available.
5. Parents/guardians of athletes. Please schedule your conferences to start at 12:30 or after 3:00. If these times are no longer available as early or late as possible. Coaches are aware that some participants may need to arrive late or leave early in order to attend their conferences. Remember that girls basketball has a game on Thursday. The bus for girls basketball game leaves Almira at 1:30 on 11/6. This is a great opportunity to schedule any needed conferences before the bus departure time. If your athlete is leaving practice early or arriving late transportation will be your responsibility.

6. If you are choosing to do conferences with multiple students each student will need a separate sign up, please do not double up times.
7. Each conference lasts 15 minutes per teacher.
8. Please write down your times as you schedule. You may go back and make changes based on availability.
9.You will receive an email confirming your selections. Reminders will not be sent out.
