Registration deadline: March 20, 2025, Sunday or until all slots are taken

You will receive aĀ confirmation e-mailĀ to confirm your registration starting March 10 onwards.
By submitting this form, you are reserving slot/s for the Coaches Convention.

Terms and Conditions
Please be guided by the following Terms & Conditions:

1.Ā This form is a reservation to the NBTC Coaches Convention

2. Each Participant is required to register via this google form. Only one (1) registration form per person.

3. All announcements and updates will be done via email.

4. Cancellations areĀ NOTĀ allowed.

5. NON ATTENDANCE
5.1. If you are unable to attend, you may send aĀ substitute, provided that you will notify us of the change atĀ least 3 days prior to the event.Ā 
5.2. If you fail to notify us of the change,Ā we will charge the substitute the corresponding registration fee.
5.3. In the event of non attendance,Ā NO REFUNDSĀ will beĀ given.

NOTE: Please submit only ONE (1) registration. Multiple registrations may result to cancellation of all your registrations by the organizer.
