Payment/Cancellation Policy

MHA Membership in good standing required; those with accounts past due must be brought current before sponsorship is confirmed. After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice for the selected amount. Sponsorships must be paid in full by May 1, 2026, and are non-refundable/non-transferable.

For sponsorships received after May 1, 2026, full payment is required before benefits are extended to the member company.

Please allow up to two business days for billing.

Logo Usage

If a logo for Titanium, Diamond or Enhancement Opportunities is not sent on day of registration, MHA will use a logo on file if available.
