Monday 6/23 - Volunteer Roles

8:00am-5pm - Available to help all day anywhere

8:30am-5pm Receptionist at temporary office - The Hub 1801 Industrial Circle West Des Moines

9:00am-12:00pm - Set-up (Tent, Gym, and Training Spaces) This role involves lifting and moving items (up to ~40 lbs). Please only select this option if you are comfortable with physical tasks.

9:00am-12:00pm - Set-up (Setup Tables & Chairs at the VCC) This role involves lifting and moving items (up to ~40 lbs). Please only select this option if you are comfortable with physical tasks.

9:00am-12:00pm - Setting Tables w/tablecloths and center pieces (VCC)

9:00am-12:00pm - Bathroom Décor

6:30am - 11:30am - Setup and replenish snacks at each break station (at the church)

7:00am - 12:00pm - Check-In Volunteers

7:00am - 12:00pm - Facilities help/cleaning

7:30am - 9:30am - Greeter: Main doors

7:30am-9:30am - Greeter: Auditorium doors

7:30am-10:30am - Parking lot support

8:00am-5pm - Available to help all day anywhere

8:30am-5:00pm - Production Support, Camera Operator
