Hello Sen. Scutari's office,

My name is [Your Name], and I live in [Your Town]. I'm calling to strongly urge Sen. Scutari to post Bill #S3491 to committee in May. This bill is vital to protecting access to gender-affirming health care in New Jersey, as we do not know if the next Governor will keep the current Executive Order in place.

This bill ensures that trans individuals have access to necessary healthcare and, along with their healthcare providers, are protected from harassment, intimidation, and out-of-state legal threats simply for seeking or providing care that is legal and necessary in our state.

As Senate President, his leadership is essential in making sure this bill is not only supported but prioritized. The trans community is facing escalating attacks across the country, and New Jersey has the opportunity to lead by example in standing firmly for dignity, autonomy, and health care equity.

I urge Sen. Scutari to make Bill #S3491 a top priority and help bring it to a vote in the Senate in May.
