Not included: Educational seminars, electric, freight, food & beverages for non-registered reps (including lunch and breaks). An attendee list is not provided, however you can view those registered online at www.mmha.com/WTC. We encourage exhibitors to be prepared to collect leads directly through meaningful interactions at their space.
Exhibitor Attendance Policy: Each exhibit space is limited to two on-site representatives at a time, which will be strictly enforced. This show is not open to the public; those without proper credentials will be asked to leave the premises. Name badges are required; those with a meal package will receive a pre-printed badge, while others can pick up a blank at registration after 9:00 a.m.
Event Policy: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests’ presence at the Working Together Conference. By registering, you waive, release, and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center from any liability associated with your participation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to: madison.christensen@mmha.com no later than March 3, 2025, and will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. No refunds for cancellations after March 3, 2025. No exceptions.
Photo Policy: By registering for this program, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed, or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.

Food & Beverage Policy: To ensure compliance with Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center regulations, no outside food or beverage is permitted within the venue. Attendees found with outside food or beverage will be requested to remove it immediately. A $50 penalty fee will be applied, invoiced directly to your company's account, as MHA incurs charges from the Heritage Center for policy violations. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
