  Please fill in your details below and select your tier of sponsorship. The option to include a trophy to your sponsorship will mean that an end of year player trophy and gift is provided from your sponsorship equal to the value of the trophy donation ($50).

For Platinum sponsors you will recieve a follow up email confirming your position as a platinum sponsor. This tier is filled on a first-come, first-served basis and strictly only 8 positions are available. Once these are exhausted you will not be able to select Platinum.
