After Schools Weekly Booking Form
Payments must be made at the beginning of each week to secure the booking.  
Nursery - £3 per day and Years 1 and 2 - £2.50 per day.
All children must be collected by 3.15 pm to comply with insurance restrictions.
Please complete the form below on a Friday from 5 pm for the following week, to secure your places, a copy of your responses will be emailed to the address given below (please check your Spam/Junk folders, if you can't find it).
When all the slots are full then the form will close for the week.
