MADACS Headshot Sessions Registration
Need a professional headshot for MADACS?
MHA is offering a optional headshot day with Andrew Dobin of Northstar Imagery.

Headshots are $50 per person.

Each person will receive two edited images, shared with both the individual and MHA. MHA will choose the photo used for the Gala. Images will be delivered digitally.

Please note:
  • Prepayment to MHA is required at registration, along with a completed payment form
  • This fee is separate from your nomination fee
  • Arrive up to five minutes early for your session
  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations. substitutions can be submitted to madacs@mmha.com
  • Solid colors are recommended
  • Photos will be taken on a neutral gray or black background
