RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in activities, utilizing equipment, or entering the premises of the Workshop (including but not limited to the use of building blocks, materials, and workshop equipment), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in workshop activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury or accidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and the participation of any minors under your supervision.
- Waiver of Liability: You agree that the Workshop, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates will not be held responsible or legally liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur on the premises or during the use of any provided materials or blocks.
- Supervision of Minors: Parents, guardians, or supervising adults are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of any children in their care while they attend the Workshop.
- You voluntarily assume: all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Kellie St. Pierre-Goemaat, The Blocks, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, and Utah Presents- all of their employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from your participation.
By entering your email and signing below, you proceed with the workshop activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability release.
