Registration Leinsweiler Summer Zouk 2024
Dear friends!

we are looking forward to our special Leinsweiler Summer Zouk with Friends Event on 30. of Mai to 2. of June 2024 (30.5. - 2.06.2024) We will have catering for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening (vegetarian + vegan) including dessert. We will have drinks and breakfast. There will be no lunch though. If you need something in between you can organise it among you guys. This is a friends event and not commercial. So, we just calculated the costs and divide them by the number of participants. If there will be a excess we will use the money for extra activities or further stuff or give it back to you after the event.
In total, we have 60 places (for 30 followers and 30 leaders)
The calculated costs are 125 € for the event, drinks and food. Among the 60 participant there will be 15 helpers (including DJs and organisers) who will not pay the event fee (but the accomodation) and will take care that everything will be working smoothly.
Additionally there will be costs for the accomodation of course. We already booked 4 full houses in the village which can accomodate all of us. So we will all be in close proximity and will always have the venue hall close. Everything is about 5 min away from each other.

However, it could happen that the appartment you chose was already reserved before.

Besides dancing there will be further activities, like sports, yoga, hiking, wine tasting and also you are free to propose activities you wanna introduce. Just reach out to us. Please register your spot from now on as soon as possible. We will then provide you withe a paypal link to pay the event fee. Soon, we will also provide the possibility to register for one of the accomodations. You could already find people who you wanna stay with in a room.

After registering, we will confirm your reservation by email in the following days. Then you can transfer the amount for the apartment and for the event to our Paypal account.
