PARENTING NEURODIVERSE CHILDREN
Parents are often unsure of how to support a neurodiverse child. It’s important to acknowledge the need for understanding how the neurodiverse brain works, what behaviors are within the child’s control, and what is developmentally appropriate. From there, parents can tailor their approach to fit these needs and implement effective parenting strategies.

Together, we’ll discuss the key developmental tasks young adults face, the unique challenges and opportunities they’re navigating in 2025, and the essential parenting skills that can make a difference during this stage. Topics will include emotion regulation, psychological flexibility, active listening, and perspective-taking, all designed to help you guide, support, and stay connected as your child steps into adulthood.
