Booking Form for Farm Sessions (Meet & Greets, Birthday Parties & Field Trips)
Please use this form to view our availability/ choose your slot for a Meet & Greet, birthday party or field trip at the farm. Once we receive your booking submission, we will email you a Square invoice to pay for your sessions. Please pay the invoice upon receipt. Invoices that are still unpaid after 24 hours will be canceled and your spot will be opened back up for others to book. 

All session fees are non-refundable. If your selected date gets rained out, we will offer you an alternate date as a make-up option.

These private farm tours are perfect for visitors who want to come to the farm and see all of the animals up close and personal! Meet-and-greets are sessions with horses, pony, goats, sheep, alpaca, llama, pig, mini horse, mini mule, hedgehogs, cow, chickens, ducks, turkey, peacocks, emu, rhea, guineafowl, guinea pigs and bunnies Visitors get to pet the animals, learn how to brush the horses, feed animals treats, enjoy a horse lead ride and enjoy the small animal petting pens. Offered on weekday mornings and Saturdays by private appointment only. These sessions are booked and paid for in advance through Square. Completed waiver required for all visitors. $70  for 1-hour session for 1-2 participants. Additional participants are $10 each. The maximum. number of participants for a Meet & Greet is 10. If you have more than 10 participants, you will need to book a field trip. *A participant is the one who will interact with the animals and ride the horse. Adults who are just watching are free. If 2 adults want to book a M&G for themselves and no kids, the adults are considered the participants.*

-BIRTHDAY PARTY INFO 🎉🐴🎂

2-hour birthday party with animals and use of facilities. Children will learn how to brush the horses, feed them treats, visit all the animals in the petting zoo, play in the small animal petting pen and enjoy horse lead rides. Animals included are horses, pony, goats, sheep, alpaca, llama, pig, mini horse, mini mule, hedgehogs, cow, chickens, ducks, turkey, peacocks, emu, rhea, guineafowl, guinea pigs and bunnies. The majority of the party is animal interaction. The final 30 minutes is saved for guests to do cake, food, presents or whatever other party activities they plan!. Parties are booked on Saturdays. $50 deposit to hold the date. Deposit will be applied to total party balance. $350 total party fee. Up to 8 children included. Additional children allowed for $10 each. Adults are free but cannot participate in the horse rides. Completed waiver required for all visitors. 

-FIELD TRIP INFO 

Any type of group can book these:  schools, churches, homeschool groups, mom groups, etc. Farm owner/manager is a former educator with a M. Ed. degree and 8 years of experience in public education. Field trips are highly informative and educational. Students have to opportunity to interact with and learn about every animal we have on the farm: horses, pony, goats, sheep, alpaca, llama, pig, mini horse, mini mule, hedgehogs, mini cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, peacocks, emu, rhea, geese, guinea fowl and bunnies.

Field Trips are 1.5 hour sessions and are available on weekday mornings and select Saturdays. Minimum of 10 kids. Maximum is 40 kids. (If you have more than 40 kids, please reach out to us about potential availability.)

$15 per kid

$50 deposit to book which will be applied to the total field trip balance

**We ask for at least 24 hours from the time you book a session until the actual session start time. If you book a slot for a session less than 24 hours before it starts, we cannot guarantee that your session will be confirmed. Please give us at least 24 hours so that we can book staff accordingly.**

How many participants will be at your session?

Participants are the ones actually participating in the animal activities and riding the horse. Usually the participants are children although we do have adults book sessions for themselves as well! Adults are free if they are just at the farm observing kids who are participating in the session.

After completion of this registration, you will receive an email invoice within 48 hours from Square to pay your deposit.

You will also be prompted to complete our online waiver.  This must be completed for each and every person visiting the farm. This includes children, adults, participants, spectators, guardians, etc. Please list all persons as "visitors." If a waiver has already been completed for individuals in your group, it does not have to completed for them again. It must, however, be completed for anyone who has not been to the farm previously. 

If you are booking a birthday party, you are responsible for sending the waiver link to each one of your guests. You are also responsible for sending your guest list to us 2 days before your party so that we can check off waivers.
