2025 Spencer County Octoberfest Vendor Application
Spencer County Octoberfest 2025 will be held in downtown Taylorsville, Kentucky on October 4, 2025. 

Set up times: Saturday October 4, 2025 from 6:30-7:30am ONLY.

Vendor Space Information: 
1. Booth Locations are NOT Guaranteed. 
2. Mandatory booth hours are 9am to at least 5pm. However, you are welcomed to stay as long as you wish. We have a steady crowd throughout the evening. If your booth is packed up before 5pm, you will not be invited next year. 
3. All vendor spaces are approximately 12x12. If you need larger space please make sure you purchase the amount of booth spaces that you need. Booth spaces will be marked, please make sure that you stay in your assigned area. 
4. There will be multiple check-in points this year. You will check in the morning of the festival at your assigned lot. (There will be a map sent out the week before the festival in an email from sc.octoberfest@gmail.com with booth location and number). 
5. If you require electrical service, there will be a limited amount available. Exhibitors MUST provide their own heavy duty outdoor extension cords. If you do not select an electric booth on the application, you will not receive a booth that has electricity. 
6. There will be a dumpster located in the large parking lot behind the Chamber of Commerce. Please DO NOT leave your trash in your booth at the end of the day. 
7. All rental fees are final. NO REFUNDS. The event is held rain or shine. 
8. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and help to set up their booth. 
9. NO walk-in applications are permitted. We will only accept applications through this google form. 
10.  Late Fee: All applications received after September 20, 2025 will be charged an additional fee of $75.00 provided space is available. All applications must be completed and payment submitted. 
11. Booth spots are located on pavement, gravel, and grass. Please take note of this as you are preparing your setup space. 
12. Booth spots will be held for one week after the application is filled, if payment is not received, the application will be deleted and your spot will be given to the next person. APPLICATION and PAYMENT must be received to guarantee a vendor booth.
