Heart Healthy Living 
In honor of February being Heart Health month, Michelle Rupp, EMMY Award winning broadcast journalist, heart disease survivor, and UCA alum, will be presenting on Heart Healthy Living! This will be on February 13th, 1:40-2:30 pm via Zoom or in the ITC Teaching Kitchen.  Additionally, there will be a demonstration on how to prepare heart-healthy snacks, which will be offered to attendees.
