Fill the Bus Volunteer Registration

This summer, let’s come together as a church family to serve our community in the name of Christ! We’re excited to partner with the Mount Juliet Help Center to bless local students through our Fill The Bus School Supplies & Backpack Drive.

🎒 What’s Happening:
On Sunday, June 29, we’re challenging our church to fill the buses parked right here on campus with essential school supplies and backpacks. Every backpack, binder, and box of crayons is a tangible way to share the love of Jesus with families in need.

📦 What to Bring:
Help us fill backpacks with items such as:

  • Wide-ruled notebook paper

  • Ticonderoga pencils (teacher-preferred brand)

  • Mechanical pencils (for older students)

  • Crayola 24-pack crayons & 12-pack colored pencils

  • Spiral notebooks (single & multi-subject)

  • Composition notebooks

  • Blue & black ink pens

  • Expo dry erase markers (thick & thin)

  • Highlighters, erasers, pencil pouches

  • Index cards, Post-it notes

  • 3-ring binders (1", 1.5", 2", 3")

  • Sturdy, large-size backpacks

🙏 Pray. Plan. Participate.
We invite you to begin praying for the students and families we’ll be supporting...and to make a plan to participate in this impactful outreach.

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities:
Help make Collection Sunday a success!

  • Sunday, June 29 | Shifts begin at 8:00 AM and run until Noon

  • Serve in 30-minute shifts as a greeter, helper, or “runner” to assist with unloading donations

  • We need at least 5 volunteers per shift at each bus!

🚚 Help Sort & Deliver:

Join us as we sort and deliver all donations to the Mount Juliet Help Center.

Let’s love our city well...one backpack at a time.
