Parking Application 2024- 2025 
Students are required to purchase and display a Vehicle Registration Tag and for it to be visible at all times while parked at MHS.  Students must present a valid driver's license to pick up the parking tag.  

Both parent and student must read/complete the form together.  Parking tags are non-transferable and expire at the end of the school year. Students must park in student designated areas only. Failure to do so will result in a loss of parking privileges. Vehicles parked on a yellow curb, in faculty/staff parking, or in visitor spaces will be given a parking violation. Student drivers who leave school grounds without permission will lose driving privileges.  Students parking without tags will receive a school consequence. Students parking on neighborhood streets will receive a police consequence.
