Please note, you are responsible to be present on the day you sign up for. The address is 1851 Greenridge Dr, Burleson, TX 76028. Please ensure that you record the dates in which you sign up so we have proper staffing for our needs. If there is an emergency where you cannot serve, please secure a replacement. At this time, you must be a member of the Fort Worth Temple District in order to volunteer. Volunteers must maintain a positive, helpful attitude and adhere to respectful church dress standards while serving. You may complete this form multiple times for each committee you wish to serve on. Please check your spam folder for a copy of this completed form. No animals, and we respectfully ask that phones be out of sight at all times.

By signing up, Volunteer grants permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded while assisting with the Fort Worth Texas Temple Open House and authorizes the use of volunteer’s image, likeness, and voice in media, social media, communications, publications, and promotional materials related to the temple and/or the related open house, without compensation.
