We need you to make this year's Trot the best one yet!
This year's Trot is PTA powered! We need all the help we can get to make this event a success! Please select as many shifts as you would like to support us on FRIDAY OCTOBER 17th!

If a shift no longer appears, it means all slots for that shift have been filled
If signing up for a shift that ends at 9:15 AM and you'd like to stay for the following shift, it is okay that it has an overlap with the 9:00 AM shift start time. Each shift has a 15 minute volunteer huddle built into it prior to kids arriving and the run rotation starting.

Feel free to sign up for consecutive shifts of the same or different roles. As we draw closer to the event, we'll communicate details by shift role directly via e-mail. 

Please only sign up if you can commit to these times with certainty. Last minute cancellations or schedule changes can present challenges for successful event execution. 

Additionally, we are looking to crowdsource certain items for our set up. If you have anything listed on the last question, please indicate what and we can make arrangements to use it for the Trot and reduce our operational costs for more money for the kids!

SET UP & TEAR DOWN: Assist organizers as needed with setting up courses and prepping for the event. Some carrying of large/heavy items required. 
CHEER SQUAD & LAP COUNTER: Be actively engaged throughout each run session, first welcoming runners to the track with enthusiasm and lots of hype and then marking each completed lap on a students back with a sharpie once running has commenced.
HYDRATION SUPPORT:  Monitor track hydration stations (tables where students will place water bottles from home, organized by teacher) and pass out single use water bottles as needed for students without water. Label bottles as needed and also serve as a responsible adult so water stations don't get too chaotic. 
TRACK MONITOR: Supervise track for safe running and provide student support as needed, making sure runners are being s respectful and fixing course markings if disrupted. 
EQUIPMENT LENDING: If you have any of the following items and are willing to lend them to the PTA for the Trot, please let us know what you have and the quantities!
