Discover the intricate craftsmanship behind the "Wau," Malaysia's traditional moon kite. In this workshop, you will learn the delicate techniques of bamboo framework and paper decoration used by master craftsmen. Create your own piece of Malaysian heritage and learn the stories behind these majestic kites!

  • Spaces for workshops and fitness sessions are limited.

  • ☀️ Weather Note: This is an outdoor event and activities may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather.

  • The workshop is FREE and open to all skill levels.

  • Spaces are limited to 15 pax per session for online booking and 15 pax for unregistered walk-ins. All spaces are available on a first come-first served basis.

General Advisory
This festival is suitable for everyone, featuring activities for families, youth, and seniors.

  • Attire: Participants should wear light, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for outdoor activities.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked workshop or fitness session begins to secure your spot.

  • Health: Free health checks and wellness consults are available on-site from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Terms and Conditions

  • Upon arrival, participants are requested to check in at the registration counter at the event site in KLCC Park.

  • The Organisers reserve the right to open the slot to walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 15 minutes late.

  • Photography/Videography: By participating in this event, you grant KLCC Holdings the right to photograph and/or video record you during the event. These images may be used for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes on social media (@klcctheplace) and other platforms without further notice or compensation.
