Clarity HMIS Training Registration
Answer the questions on this form to register for the HMIS Clarity New User trainings, include work email address rather than personal. The training will cover the basics of how to use Clarity and Data Entry workflows. Attending this training is mandatory for accessing the Clarity system. The trainings will be primarily in person and capped at 100 people per training and is first come/first serve. If you're not sure what program type to attend or your role doesn't apply, it's recommended to attend either a Rapid Rehousing/Permanent Supportive Housing Training or Emergency Shelter Training.  (Please bring a laptop to the training.)
