Reverse Raffle Ticket Purchase Form
Please fill this out to purchase your ticket for the Defiance High School Athletic Booster's Reverse Raffle.  Upon completion of this form you will be prompted to pay for your ticket using our online payment system.  You can pay with credit card or Paypal/Venmo.

Upon completion of payment you will be emailed your ticket that you can print out and bring with you to the event.  Once all tickets have been sold, this form will no longer accept responses.  Ticket numbers are selected on a first come, first servce basis.  All questions should be directed to defianceathleticboosters@gmail.com.
