Multicultural Night Volunteer Sign-up 2026

✨ THANK YOU ✨ for volunteering to make Madera Multicultural Night a wonderful celebration of our school community. This year's celebration takes place on October 23 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

You do not need a Verkada badge to volunteer. We’ll have leads who can provide more details about all of the tasks below. 

Volunteers will be entered in a raffle to win one of five Madera t-shirts!

Donation Pick Up
Pick up a food donation from a local restaurant and drop it off at Madera by 5:45pm. Restaurant details will be provided to volunteers in the coming weeks
Set Up Crew
Clear stage, sweep MPR, reserve parking spaces, set up tables, organize serving tables, etc.
Inside Support Team
Coordinate food line, manage food drop-off table, clear serving tables as needed, pass out appetizers, etc.
Photographers
Take photos of the event using your own camera (camera phones OK!). No photography experience required.
Outside Support Team
Help orient people to event layout, coordinate food line traffic, answer questions, etc.
Cleanup Crew
Wipe down and put away tables, collect trash, sweep floor, etc.
