I understand that on the first night of class, I must provide written proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus, and Bordatella vaccines, and pay the course fee to be allowed to participate in the class. *

In accepting this agreement, it is understood that the trainer may drop me from class at any time for just cause, i.e. dog’s illness, suspicion of illness, or temperament of the dog. The inability or unwillingness of the handler or owner to follow instruction or give the proper home training time shall be considered among just causes. Inappropriate training of the dog or rough treatment of any dog during training class shall not be allowed.

In case I am dropped from the class, only the unearned portion of the training fee shall be refunded to me. If I drop the class for personal reasons, no part of the fee will be refunded. The training fee shall be for the complete course and is payable at the first class.

Furthermore, by clicking "I Agree" below,  I, the undersigned, hereby release the Bakersfield Obedience Training Club, Grace Baptist Church and any persons connected therewith from any and all claims and liabilities of every nature which might arise from my dog’s participation in the class or from any other cause.
