Opportunities to Serve At The Event
Setup (12:30-1:00pm) - Help setup tables and chairs for the event
Food Service (5:15-8:00pm) - This entails serving food at one of many food stations dispersed throughout the main level of the church.
Kitchen Support (5:00-8:00pm) - Helping to restock food stations and dish cleanup.
Drink Server (5:15-8:00pm) - Drink servers will stock the coffee and hot drinks and also distribute drinks to guests throughout the dinner.
Greeters (5:15-8:00pm) - Set the tone for the evening by warmly welcoming guests as they arrive.
Dinner Guides (5:15-8:00pm) - We would like outgoing relational volunteers to walk around with our guests and be their guide for the dinner.
Seating Host (5:15-8:00pm) - We need folks to help seat guests in the Auditorium when the program starts
Childcare (5:15-8:00pm) - Help provide childcare for guests during the program
