STEP 4:  Message us in our Facebook page ( www.facebook.com/jonatutors) to notify us to process your registration as soon as possible and mention the NAME of your child (student)with the TIME & starting DATE of session so we can confirm on our end.

Please read CAREFULLY  our ATTENDANCE POLICY.

✅ If you wish to cancel a class, please ensure to do so through the student portal website at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class.

✅ If the student or the teacher cancelled the class BEFORE the time, it will be rescheduled automatically the following working days on the same time.

✅ However, if the Student did not cancel before the class, the missed session will be counted as PAID since we also pay our Tutors for the time spent waiting in class and preparation.

✅ Our tutors can wait on Google Meet for up to 15 minutes, and if a student hasn't joined by then, the student will be considered absent.

✅ If the STUDENT is LATE, the teacher will NOT extend the class time, as our teachers have other scheduled classes. The class will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays in the teacher’s next class. Thus, we suggest that you cancel the session BEFORE the class starts if you are unable to attend ON TIME.

To ensure the best learning experience for your child, please follow our class rules.

✅ 1. No Parental Presence During Sessions

Though it's fine for parents to sit with your child during the first session, but from the second session onwards, we'd like the kids to participate on their own. This will help us understand how well they're doing and let them learn to do things independently, like in a classroom setup.

✅ 2. No Coaching During Sessions

We're asking parents not to help their child during the sessions. We want to see how well the kids are doing without any outside help. This way, we can really assess their knowledge.

✅ 3. Privacy and Expression

It would be great if your child could have some privacy and maintain quiet environment during the sessions. This lets them focus better without feeling shy or watched. If there's any technical problem, don't worry, we'll let you know immediately. Also, you can watch recorded classes to see how your child is doing.

✅ 4. We Ask to Keep Toys and Non-Learning Items Away During Class

Toys and non-learning items can distract your child and reduce their focus during lessons. Keeping the area clear helps them stay engaged and learn more effectively.
