STEP 1: Fill out this enrollment form
STEP 2: Check your email if you have received a copy of your response of the enrollment form. This will tell that you have successfully submitted the form and was able to get the slot.
STEP 3: Settle your payment WITHIN THE SAME DAY after you filled out the form.
STEP 4: Message us in our Facebook page ( www.facebook.com/jonatutors) to notify us to process your enrollment as soon as possible and mention the NAME of your child (student)with the TIME & starting DATE of session so we can confirm on our end.
