We need people in several areas. Most tasks require 2 hours of your time; feel free to choose multiple slots to help if your schedule allows. We are very grateful for your service! 

If you want to help more, join our team, we have a few tasks that require a full day's work. 

On the day of your assignment, come to the Volunteer Desk, located near Registration we’ll guide you to your role. You’ll also receive a lanyard so you’re easily recognisable as a volunteer.

Coffee & facilities support - ALL DAY
A coffee & facilities support volunteer monitors coffee, tea, and milk supplies and cleanliness, and ensures shared spaces like bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, alerting hotel staff when attention is needed.
Guest Speaker Liaison - ALL DAY
A guest speaker liaison supports speakers throughout the day, ensuring they are guided to the right locations on time, have what they need, and feel welcome and cared for.
Registration Desk
A registration desk volunteer checks attendees in, provides badges or materials, and answers basic questions about the event.
Welcome Team/Greeter
You greet attendees as they arrive, help them feel comfortable, and guide them to registration, meeting rooms, or event activities.
Volunteering Desk
Assist volunteers upon arrival, sign them in, and guide them to their assigned roles.
Clear selection
AA Roundup Merchandise desk
A merchandise desk volunteer assists with the sale of AA Roundup Merchandise, helps explain available items, and keeps the display organised.
Gala Dinner volunteer
Sell Raffle Tickets
You move through the event selling raffle tickets, engaging attendees, and handling payments.
Runner to deliver Raffle Prizes
Deliver raffle prizes at the time of the Raffle
Clean Up
Help to take down the decorations after the event.

Many people ask whether volunteering includes a free ticket to the event. Unfortunately, we can not.
However, volunteers who support the event for a full day can also attend many of the meetings and activities throughout that day for free.

Your email address and WhatsApp number are collected solely for communication and organisation related to your volunteer role. In respect of AA’s principle of anonymity, all contact details will be deleted after the Roundup event.
